The Training Standing Committee
The Training Standing Committee ensures the BSCB training programme is meeting the needs of those working with children and young people within the Bromley. This is done by identifying both local and national directives and through the work of the BSCB.
This Standing Committee also sets in place systems to advertise the trainings available widely as possible to ensure all of the relevant agencies are aware of what is available.
Out of this group the working group for the BSCB Annual Conference is formed. This group organizes the conference each year.
Membership of the Training Standing Committee is made up of representatives from:
- Education Welfare
- Children’s Social Care
- Children’s Social Care Learning & Development Officer
- Early Years Qualification & Training Co-ordinator
- Bromley PCT
- Child Abuse Investigation Team
