BSCP new FGM Awareness App launched today

BSCP's new FGM Awareness App will be launched at our FGM conference on 16th January 2020.

The App has been designed to help the children's workforce understand FGM, the law, the context in which it takes place and your safeguarding responsibility with regards to FGM. This app will increase all safeguarding professionals’ confidence in dealing with issues around FGM. It will also ensure that they are well equipped to better identify children and young people who are at risk.
